ZHONG FANG Mr. Fang Zhong was born in Wuhan, China in 1964. Now he mainly lives and works in Los Angeles and Hawaii.

He started his career in construction in 1980.
He became a construction contractor in 1988.
From 1994 to 2006, he was already a real estate developer with a certain scale in the Chinese market, and he was a top 10 private enterprise real estate development company in Wuhan.
From 2004 to 2022, He invested in real estate development projects in the U.S. market as a general construction contractor, those projects are in Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
At present, Mr. Fang’s group has many large-scale real estate development projects in Los Angeles and Honolulu, Hawaii. He has always been responsible for the investment, development, operation and management of these projects as well as the general contracting of construction projects.
